Counterpart Brewing (Niagara Falls, ON) X Esker Hart Artisan Ales (High Bridge, NJ)

Bobby and the great team at Esker Hart have been interwoven into the entire history of Counterpart. They were the first brewery they collaborated with way back in April 2019 and since then they’ve connected on countless beers. It was a special experience to make the trip south this past December to brew at Esker Hart’s long awaited brick and mortar brewery in High Bridge, NJ. For that collab, the two breweries brewed a hazy double IPA called Boreal which they loved so much they decided to brew a triple IPA version of that same beer. Motueka in the whirlpool, followed by massive dry hop additions of Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin and Rakau. Much like Esker Hart’s Boreal, you can expect a full, creamy mouthfeel and candy-like sweetness carrying a tropical tsunami of white grape, guava, lychee, honeydew and papaya.
