Wishbone's third birthday is here! And with it, their fourth Celebration! This annual collaboration with Concession Road Brewing continues! Sour, salty, tangy and a bit tannic from the cranberry. A hint of homegrown mint and enough puckering lime to stave off the scurvy! A novel Lachancea strain was used to ferment this. Celebratory fun!
