Third Moon Brewing (Milton, ON)

A 13% ABV imperial stout with chocolate cake, chocolate, sprinkles and lactose that was aged for 12 months in Heaven Hill and Basil Hayden bourbon barrels. The barrel character balances the sweetness beautifully. Expect notes of bourbon, dark chocolate, toffee and plenty of oak.
