Neon Eon Wine (Okanagan Valley, BC)

Zweigelt Pet-Nat V. 4! Single vineyard organically grown Zweigelt from Kaleden BC. Mainly whole cluster fruit with a portion crushed destemmed. Three days of skin maceration, manually pressed and bottled at an even lower brix count than last vintage. All of these factors come into effect producing a more brooding and juicy version of Tyler’s (the winemaker) crowd favorite. He calls it a “poser lambrusco”, and this wine sits much closer to that style than it every has. Crunchy bubbles and fluorescent dark fruit. Mixed berries and grape soda. As much a guzzler as ever, drink this fast with a hefty chill.
