Paradise Grapevine (Toronto, ON)

The original Party Favour showcases the intense beauty of Geisenheim, a Riesling-Chancellor hybrid grape perfectly suited to skin contact. Expect tropical high notes resonating with stone fruit. Light tannins, up front acid and a mandarin orange colour. All varieties were destemmed before maceration and fermentation on skins for 10 days. The must was then settled out in stainless steel before being racked into neutral French oak barrels and aged for 5 months on light lees.
