Brouwerij 3 Fonteinen (Beersel, Belgium)

3F macerated blackberries for three months in a 50/50 cut with lambik from five different barrels and five different brews. Before bottling they added lambik from another barrel and two other different brews. The majority of lambik used was brewed at 3F, one quarter of it is from their own Brabant farmers collective. A final fruit concentration of 384g/L
