Frank Cornelissen (Etna, Italy)

A rich and fragrant wine of pure Nerello Mascalese from different vineyards. Fermentation began with a “pied-de-cuve” using only indigenous yeasts and skin contact for about 60 days. A classic, traditional Nerello Mascalese with tannins and sweetness of ripe fruit. The wine opens to unexpected richness and a distinct aromatic personality, with black fruit, grilled herb and camphor ash. The quality of those aromas is bright and glossy, with natural rubber and candied apricot.
